Who we are
eualts.com is run by Deverence Group B.V., a Dutch company, Postbus 10, 3632 ZR Loenen aan de Vecht, the Netherlands. We are the controller of the personal data on this page under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Reading the blog
The site sets no cookies and runs no scripts, and its pages load nothing from anyone else: the fonts are our own. There are no ads, trackers or analytics, and we do not count visitors. Like any website, ours sees your IP address and the page you ask for, and uses them to send you the page.
When you write to us
The contact form sends us what you write and the kind of message, with your name and email address if you give them. It reaches our editors on our own servers in the Netherlands. Mail to support@eualts.com or privacy@eualts.com lands in our mailbox, on the same servers. We keep what you send to answer you and to correct the blog, with your permission (the box you tick on the form), and no longer than that needs. We never publish your name or address.
Keeping out spam
So that bots cannot flood them, the contact form take at most five posts an hour from one IP address. The count is kept in memory for that hour and never written down. This is our legitimate interest in forms that work.
Who else sees it
Nobody. What you send us stays on our servers in the Netherlands. We do not sell or share it, and we build no profile of anyone.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we keep about you, have it corrected or deleted, ask us to use it less or not at all, and take it with you. Where we use it with your consent, you can withdraw that at any time; it does not undo what happened before. Write to our data protection officer at privacy@eualts.com, or use the contact form. We answer within a month, at no charge.
If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or to the one where you live. We would like to hear from you first.
Changes
When what we keep changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves.
